Custom Orthotics

Custom fabricated orthotics are designed specifically for your feet - based on the results of your biomechanical evaluation. The goal of prescribing custom orthotics is to improve the way your legs and feet interact with the ground. By optimizing this relationship, your feet and legs will work more efficiently and have less stress and strain which will result in improved function while standing, walking, running, and all activities of daily life.

SportsPlus Orthotics Program

 Initial Pair: Includes biomechanical evaluation, casting procedure and materials, and follow-up visit for fitting / adjustment.

 Additional Pairs: May be ordered at reduced cost since evaluation and casting process is already complete.

 Refurbish / Regular Maintenance: Recommended yearly, or sooner depending on level of wear. Lighthouse Labs will replace postings and top covers to return the orthotic to “like new” condition.

Orthotics Warranty

 Lifetime Warranty: Lighthouse Labs offers a Lifetime Warranty against orthotic shell breakage.

 Limited Warranty: Lighthouse Labs covers orthotic adjustments within six (6) months or original manufacture date. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Costs for adjustments made after the initial six (6) month period are patient responsibility.

 Orthotics Pediatric Program
Individuals must enroll in the Pediatric Program prior to their 12th birthday. They remain eligible until their 18th birthday. The application for the Pediatric Program must be submitted to Lighthouse Labs within 90 days of initial manufacture date.
